Refund Policy

At Prime Lawns Landscaping, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the landscaping work has begun or been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can work to resolve the issue.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Prepaid Services
Refunds for prepaid services (such as seasonal packages) may be issued only if the service has not yet started. A processing fee may apply.
